1. Introduction
Zilgrow Solutions LLP aims to provide clear information about its educational programs and a reliable online learning experience.
This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which customers may request refunds for courses, webinars, workshops, guided implementation programs, and other paid services offered by Zilgrow.
This policy applies to purchases made through:
This policy should be read together with our Terms of Use. Nothing in this policy excludes mandatory consumer rights or remedies available under applicable law.
2. About Zilgrow
3. General Refund Principles
Refund eligibility depends on the product purchased, the time elapsed since purchase, the extent of course access or participation, and the circumstances of the request.
Before purchasing, please review the program description, price, inclusions, delivery format, schedule, and access period.
A refund request within the standard refund window does not automatically guarantee approval. The eligibility conditions below also apply, subject to mandatory legal rights.
4. Standard Refund Window
Standard Window: Zilgrow proposes a standard discretionary refund window of 7 calendar days from the purchase date.
This is a proposed business policy, not a statement that a seven-day statutory refund right applies in every country. The window is subject to any longer or different rights required by applicable law.
5. Recorded Courses and Digital Learning Products
This section applies to recorded courses and other digital products where access may be provided shortly after payment.
5.1 Proposed refund eligibility
Under the proposed policy, customers may request a discretionary refund within 7 calendar days of purchase if:
- The request is submitted within the applicable window.
- No more than 20% of the relevant course content has been accessed or consumed.
- The purchase can be verified using the relevant transaction details.
- The request is not fraudulent or abusive.
The 20% content-access threshold is a proposed business condition and must be approved by Zilgrow before publication.
5.2 When a discretionary refund may not be available
Subject to applicable law, a discretionary refund may not be available where the refund window has expired, more than 20% of the course has been consumed, or the customer changes their mind after substantial use of the course.
These conditions do not remove any legal remedy available where digital content is not supplied, materially differs from its description, fails to conform to the contract, or otherwise attracts a mandatory refund or other remedy under applicable law.
5.3 Immediate digital access
Some recorded courses may become available immediately after payment.
Where applicable law provides statutory cancellation or cooling-off rights, Zilgrow will follow the relevant requirements concerning immediate digital supply, consent, disclosures, and acknowledgements.
Immediate access alone does not automatically eliminate statutory cancellation or refund rights.
6. Webinars and Workshops
This section applies to paid webinars, workshops, and other scheduled educational events.
Under the proposed discretionary refund conditions, a request should:
- Be submitted within 7 calendar days of purchase.
- Be received before the scheduled program begins.
- Be submitted before the customer has attended or substantially participated in the program.
If a customer purchases a program less than 7 days before its scheduled start, the request should be received before the program begins, subject to applicable law.
After a live program begins, a discretionary refund may not be available solely because a customer changes their mind, misses a session, or chooses not to continue.
This does not affect any remedy required where Zilgrow fails to provide the purchased service as agreed or another legal right applies.
7. Guided Implementation Programs
This section applies to guided programs involving scheduled implementation, live guidance, reviews, or individualised support.
Under the proposed policy, a discretionary refund request should generally be submitted within 7 calendar days of purchase and before the program begins or substantial individualised services have been delivered.
Once substantial guidance, reviews, implementation support, or other program services have been provided, a discretionary refund may be limited under the relevant purchase terms.
Any assessment will consider the services supplied, the information disclosed at purchase, the circumstances of the request, and applicable law.
8. Situations Where a Refund May Be Considered Outside the Standard Window
Please contact us even if the standard window has expired when:
- You were charged more than once for the same purchase.
- Payment was successful but the purchased program was not made available.
- Zilgrow cancels a program and does not provide an appropriate alternative.
- A material access or technical problem prevents use of the purchased product and cannot reasonably be resolved.
- The product or service materially differs from its description.
- Applicable law requires a refund or another remedy.
We will review the available information and determine the appropriate response.
9. Non-Refundable Situations
Subject to mandatory consumer rights, discretionary refunds may generally not be available solely because:
- The customer changes their mind after the applicable refund window.
- The customer chooses not to use a course or attend a scheduled session.
- The customer does not have enough time to complete a program.
- The customer does not achieve a desired job, income, client, revenue, advertising, or business outcome.
- The customer's expectations differ from the accurately described program.
- The customer loses access because of their own unauthorised sharing of credentials or material breach of the Terms of Use.
These conditions do not override rights relating to misleading representations, non-conforming digital content, failure to provide contracted services, or other situations where applicable law requires a remedy.
10. Duplicate or Unauthorised Transactions
If you believe you were charged twice or a payment was made without your authorisation, contact contact@zilgrow.com promptly.
Please provide the relevant transaction reference and any supporting information. We may request reasonable verification and coordinate with our payment provider where necessary.
We will handle such requests in accordance with applicable law and the relevant payment arrangements.
11. How to Request a Refund
Refund Request Procedure
Email contact@zilgrow.com with the subject line:
Refund Request — [Program Name]
Please include the following details in your email:
- Your full name.
- The email address used for the purchase.
- The program name.
- Your purchase date.
- Your order or payment reference, if available.
- A brief explanation of your request.
Please do not send full card numbers, passwords, or unnecessary sensitive payment credentials by email.
We may request additional information reasonably necessary to verify the purchase and assess eligibility.
12. Review and Processing
Zilgrow's proposed service target is to acknowledge refund requests within 3 business days and communicate a decision as soon as reasonably practicable.
Where a refund is approved, we will normally initiate it through the original payment method or relevant payment provider, subject to legal requirements and technical limitations.
Our proposed target is to initiate approved refunds within 7–10 business days after approval. The time taken for the money to appear in your account may depend on your bank, payment provider, or payment method.
These are proposed processing targets and do not replace any shorter statutory deadline that applies.
Where a discretionary request is declined, we will provide a brief explanation. This does not prevent a customer from exercising any applicable statutory right or raising a complaint.
13. Instalment Payments
If a program is purchased through an instalment or payment plan, any refund will be assessed under the applicable program terms and this policy.
Where a refund is due, the amount and treatment of future instalments will depend on the purchase agreement, payments made, services supplied, and applicable law.
Submitting a refund request does not automatically cancel all future payment obligations unless the agreement or applicable law provides for that result.
Please contact us promptly if you have questions about instalments while a refund request is being reviewed.
14. Discounts, Bundles, and Bonuses
Where products are purchased together at a discounted bundle price, a refund calculation may account for the bundle price and the products already supplied or retained.
Any relevant conditions should be clearly disclosed in the offer terms or communicated when reviewing the request.
Free resources or bonuses ordinarily do not qualify for a separate monetary refund. However, bundle conditions will not be used to exclude a refund or other remedy required by applicable law.
15. Consumer Rights by Jurisdiction
Zilgrow serves customers in multiple jurisdictions. Applicable rights depend on the transaction, the customer's location, the type of service, and the scope of the relevant law.
India
Where applicable, Indian consumer protection and e-commerce laws may provide remedies concerning misleading descriptions, deficient services, unfair practices, and other legally recognised grounds.
Singapore
Where applicable, Singapore consumer protection laws may provide statutory remedies in certain circumstances involving defective services, misleading conduct, or other covered transactions.
United Arab Emirates
Where applicable, UAE consumer protection and e-commerce laws may provide rights and remedies concerning consumer transactions and service delivery.
United Kingdom
UK consumers may have statutory rights concerning digital content and services, including remedies where digital content fails to conform to the contract or services are not provided as legally required.
Certain distance contracts may also carry statutory cancellation rights, subject to the applicable rules and exceptions. Immediate digital access does not automatically remove these rights.
United States
Consumer refund rights depend on the applicable federal and state laws, the nature of the transaction, and the representations made at purchase. Where applicable law requires a refund or other remedy, this policy does not override that requirement.
Canada
Canadian consumers may have rights under applicable federal and provincial consumer protection laws. These may include cancellation, disclosure, or refund rights depending on the province and transaction.
Australia
Australian consumers may have rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including consumer guarantees for covered goods and services. This policy does not exclude statutory consumer guarantees or remedies available when those guarantees are not met.
16. Payment Disputes
If you have a concern about a payment, you may contact us so we can investigate. You may also contact your bank, card issuer, or payment provider in accordance with their procedures and your legal rights.
We will review payment disputes using the relevant transaction records and available evidence. This section does not restrict any right available under applicable law or payment-network rules.
17. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy to reflect changes in our services, delivery methods, business practices, or legal requirements.
The updated policy will be published on our website with a revised “Last Updated” date. We will not apply a later policy to remove a customer's existing mandatory legal rights.
